1-2-3 rooms comfortable apartments with a large private teritory near the sea in Ventspils!

Apartments are located near the old town of Ventspils, 750m from the central beach, 200m from the river, 350m from the children park ("Bernu parks").

There are 2 two rooms apartments (42sq.m.) and one three rooms apartment (two bedrooms; 60sq.m.)  in the building.

In each apartment: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, all needed equipment, Wi-Fi, SAT TV.

Our guests may use 12a. enclosed garden with arbors, places for barbecue, swings for kids, trampoline, sand box, beach beds etc.

Free parking in the yard.

There is a separate room for bicycles.

The area is monitored by cameras.

42sq.m. two rooms apartment is on the 1st floor, comfortable for 5 persons.

In the apartment: living-room (17sq.m.) with a kitchen (fridge, micro wave oven, poterry), TV, corner sofa (transforms into double bed), bedroom (17,5sq.m.) with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (190x90 cm), bathroom (5,5sq.m.).

There is a separate arbor with furniture, beach beds, barbecue in the yard for guests of this apartement only.

Ironer and washing machine - in common room for all guests.
