For leisure and work trips, we offer a 2-room apartment for rent.

The apartment is fresh and brand new - after the renovation. It is located near the city center, in Baidzes st. 8.

The apartment has everything you need for accommodation, rest and cooking. You can get a receipt confirming the apartment rental transaction.

The apartment is a 25-minute walk from the sea and a 5-minute walk from the lake.

In the apartment you will find:

- double bed (160 cm)

- pull-out sofa

- wardrobe

- bedding

- towels

- refrigerator

- electric stove

- washing machine

- ironing equipment

- utensils for cooking

- electric kettle

- WI-FI

- TV

- free parking space next to the house

You can additionally rent a grill place in the garden.

Up to 5 guests.

We do not rent for loud parties.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and common areas.

Price: €50.00 per night, for each additional person, from the second +€5.00

20% of the total amount must be paid in advance at the time of ordering.
