Cozy and spacious 45 sq.m., 2-room apartment with a large terrace and air conditioning for rent in a quiet place of Palanga,
near the sea and the pine forest, where you can walk on the pine forest paths. And for those who like more active recreation - "Labrytys" running track.

The apartment is on the ground floor, has a large 48 sq. m. terrace, so you can spend afternoons and evenings enjoying the sun and the roar of the sea,
as the patio is designed just to the west. It has outdoor furniture. Spacious living room connected to the kitchen, shop windows, and a separate bedroom.

The kitchen area has a round kitchen table with chairs, refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave,
toaster, electric kettle, pots, all necessary utensils, and tools.
The living area has a TV and a pull-out sofa bed (for 2 adults)
and a fold-out double armchair for a good night's sleep for two children (or one adult).
The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe, ironing board, and iron.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, electric coil, washing machine with integrated drying function.

Insect screens are attached to the windows.

We also took care of the baby residents, provided them with an attic with a mattress, a bathing bathtub, and a development board.

Enclosed, lockable yard. You can park your car for free in a closed parking lot owned by the residents of the house.

The apartments are located in an unusually quiet "Plaušė" district of Palanga, especially suitable for those who appreciate peace and privacy
Nearby, about 700 m away is the Palanga Children's Park, so even small holidaymakers will have fun here.

To the sea about 800 m, the road will not last as you will walk along a beautiful pine forest path.

Who misses the hustle and bustle will be able to reach the heart of Palanga and all the entertainment offered by the resort in about 1.5 km.

When booking the apartment, advance payment is required, which is non-refundable in case of no-show.
If more people arrive than agreed, if the holidaymakers bring pets or change the agreed holiday conditions without the hosts' consent,
then the hosts reserve the right to review the pre-agreed prices or refuse accommodation.
