Option with overnight stay:

180 m to the sea. We rent a 42 m2 English-style summer house. In Jurmala. Kauguri. Parking in the yard.
Lockable, separate territory near the house 300 m2.
The house has two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet and shower.

With pets: dogs, cats, etc. only by prior arrangement.

- The price includes 4 beds and bed linen, pillows, blankets and 2 towels for each person. Additional places are rented for 6 euros per day.
- Built-in kitchen appliances, two refrigerators, 80 l water boiler, mini washing machine, induction stove, all necessary dishes, toaster, multi-function pot, microwave, hairdryer, safe.
- Children's playground, swings, 2 trampolines (4.27 m), slide, sandbox.
- Unlimited wireless internet, smart TV, DVD player, radio, Bluetooth.
- Gas fireplace and electric radiators. The floors are insulated with 10 cm thick foam.
- Electricity, sewage, hot water.
- Electricity bill according to the meter.
- Garden furniture, sun umbrellas, rocking sofa, deck chairs, barbecue, coal 20 l - 6 eur.
- Nearby: public transport stops, Lidl, Maxima, Rimi stores, market, bars.
- We rent bicycles for 8 euros per day, 30 euros per week.
- A pine forest and a white sandy beach await you.

Cleaning is carried out from 14:00 to 17:00.
When concluding a prepayment agreement, a 30% advance payment is required.
