Cozy family vacation home in a quiet location by the Venta River

I am renting out our family vacation home, which I designed with great love, thinking about every detail.

Location:

  • The apartment is located on a quiet Sanatorijos street, near the Venta River
  • A quiet beach is about 10-15 minutes walk
  • There are shops nearby, and one of them has a market
  • All city attractions can be reached by car within 10 minutes - both the city center and the Blue Flag beach
  • Children's park "Fantazija" and playgrounds are within 5-10 minutes walk

Apartment description:

  • 2 bedrooms
  • Spacious living room connected to the kitchen, where you will find all the necessary dishes and utensils
  • Separate toilet and shower
  • All amenities: bed linen and towels provided

Off-season (from mid-September to mid-May) - about € 60 per night (depending on the length of stay).
During the season (from mid-May to mid-September) - € 90 per night. If you rent for more than 6 nights, a 10% discount applies. If you rent for more than 13 nights - a 20% discount.
The longer you stay, the more favorable the price will be! Don't be afraid to negotiate and contact us for a reservation.
