We are located in a picturesque area in the village of Jurmalciems, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, but only 40 km from Palanga and 20 km from the city of Liepāja. In the Bernati Nature National Park, which has as many as 7 educational walking trails, forest bike trails, the highest dune in Latvia, from which a breathtaking view opens.
We offer different spaces for guests to stay by the sea:
APARTMENTS:
Scandinavian-style villa with two cozy apartments - KOPA 1 AND KOPA 2.
Each apartment is located on two floors: two bedrooms and a spacious living room with a kitchen. The apartments have separate entrances and are located on opposite sides of the house, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for guests.
Layout:
- On the first floor - a spacious living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, WC.
- On the second floor - two separate bedrooms and an additional WC with a shower.
Each apartment has air conditioning in all rooms, so even on a hot summer day you can enjoy a pleasant coolness.
The kitchen is ideally suited for convenient cooking: there is a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, hot air fryer, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, tools, pots and everything else that a hostess or culinary enthusiast may need.
KOPA 1 - oriented towards the sea and the inner courtyard, KOPA 2 - towards a quiet pine forest. Each apartment has a private terrace: a great place for morning coffee or an evening under the open sky.
The territory is fenced and intended only for apartment guests, so you can enjoy peace and security.
Each apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, if there are children among them (1 large bed, two separate beds, sofa bed in the living room). You can rent one apartment or both - a great choice for families or a group of friends.

Everyone's favorite holiday house will soon be reborn - in the summer of 2026 a completely new, modern villa will open its doors here!
This will be a comfortable 3-bedroom villa with panoramic windows, through which a breathtaking view of the pine forest will open. A huge terrace will allow you to enjoy nature and relaxation in the fresh air from early morning until late evening.
VILLA LAYOUT:
On the first floor:
- Two separate bedrooms;
- Living room and dining area with a lounge area for relaxation;
- Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils;
- Bathroom with shower.
On the second floor (attic):
- Bedroom, separated from the main spaces,
- Additional bathroom
The uniqueness of the villa is its large, fenced private territory, where only you will be. No neighbors on the territory, no disturbances - only peace, nature and comfort.
The new villa is an ideal choice for those who are looking for not only a stylish, but also a functional, comfortable, spacious place for a vacation by the sea, with the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in a natural environment.

- We are pet-friendly, but we only accept pets in this apartment in rare cases, and after signing a damage compensation agreement.
