The apartments are located in the new prestigious quarter "Mano Jūra" in Kunigiškės.
Vacationers loved this beautiful project, their feedback is only positive. Everyone who understands the holiday gathers here because it is attracted by the quiet environment, the nearby pine forest and the bike path. The sea is only 600 m away. You will always be able to choose the most convenient place on the beach, as there are not many vacationers here. Your favorite coffee and tea can be enjoyed not only in the apartments, but also in beautiful surroundings. There are gazebos overlooking the pond, which not only adorns the surroundings, but also where you can go boating or even fishing. There is a children’s playground next to the gazebos. During the season you will find a heated swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, parasols, a hot tub, a sauna, and an enclosed gazebo with a pizza oven (Additional charges). The established barbecue area will satisfy everyone's needs. Bicycles and scooters are rented for active recreation. Various festivals are organized in the area on weekends.
The apartment is on the second floor with a separate entrance. Possibility to accommodate 7 people. In bedroom no. 1 double bed 140 cm wide with a sofa bed, bedroom No.2 with a double king bed 180 cm wide, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. All equipment in the kitchen is needed for cooking, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. The living room has a fireplace for cozy evenings, the balcony is large and glazed. There is a free parking space for two cars, the territory is equipped with lighting during the dark hours of the day, there is a video surveillance camera.
