Furnished and cosy 2nd floor apartment with a separate entry and a balcony in a private cottage, in Vaivari, Jurmala. 85 sq.m, 2 bedrooms, open kitchen with a dining area and a living room. All facilities: WC, shower, hot water, internet, cable-TV, ceramic stove, fridge, washing machine. Private, closed and spacious backyard, parking, grill and picnic place.

Next to the train station (50 min away from Riga by train). Nearby: grocery shop, bus station, swimming pool, horse riding; 8 min walk to the beach.
