Pūķarags is a special recreation complex (camping) located on the Baltic Sea coast, in the Pape Nature Reserve. Thanks to the exclusive location of the complex, your vacation will be interesting, charming and unique.
Here you can always relax by the sea, walk on the golden beach of the Baltic Sea, breathe in the fresh sea air, enjoy the tranquility of nature or organize sports games.
In addition to the alternatives provided by Pūķarags, you will have the opportunity to enjoy other recreation alternatives. Here you can:
- Watch various bird species from specially built towers in the territory of the Pape Nature Reserve. The shore of Lake Pape is one of the best bird watching places in Latvia;
- Walk along the educational nature trails and see how the beauty of nature is born;
- Walk along the nature trail of Lake Pape;
- Visit places (excursions) where wild horses, bison and bulls graze. Tours are led by a WWF guide. In order to observe the animals from a greater distance, specially equipped observation towers have been installed;
- relax by Lake Pape or the Baltic Sea.
- see with your own eyes the rich flora growing in the territory of the Pape Nature Reserve. Here you will see rare and protected plants.

Guest house
After an unforgettable vacation in nature, you will be able to spend the evening in cozy and modern rooms. Especially for your comfort, the rooms are equipped with showers and satellite TV. For romantic evenings, you can choose rooms with a bubble bath and a sea view. Guests who like to cook in the mornings will be pleasantly surprised by our modern and spacious kitchen.
The guest house has 5 separate double rooms with a shower, toilet, TV and a shared kitchen. In the kitchen you will find an electric stove, refrigerator, teapot, microwave oven, dishes. On the terrace of the house there is a place for grilling meat.

Cottages No. 3 and No. 4 (trailers-English cottages)
Houses No. 3 and No. 4 are equipped with three bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower, a toilet. The houses are rented for at least 7 days (from Monday to Sunday). The houses are more intended for families with children and groups of friends. For the convenience of customers, there is a place in the yard where you can have lunch, dinner or simply relax. Prices are indicated without bedding.

- It is forbidden to bring pets.
- All guests and visitors of the resort must take care of and protect the house inventory, follow the rules of order and cleanliness, sanitary and fire safety standards.
- To comply with generally accepted ethical standards. Politely and correctly communicate with house guests and other persons.
- After 23:00 it is forbidden to make noise or otherwise disturb the peace and rest of other guests (except for banquets, about which the guests of the resort are informed in advance).
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all premises of the resort.

It is forbidden to:
- Arrive and leave at night between 22:00 and 8:00;
- Play loud music and make noise after 23:00.
- Make a fire in the camping area;
- Drive faster than 5 km / h;
- Bring pets;
- Use any fireworks and/or weapons;
- Smoke in public places;
- Consume too much alcohol, cause discomfort to other vacationers;
- Swim / swim after drinking alcohol;
- Wash a car in the area;
- Damage camping equipment.
The administration is not responsible for the personal property of vacationers. Parents and other adults arriving with children are responsible for their safety and health.
