Apartment near the sea and children's playground.

To the beach 10 min with a quick walk, 15 min. in no hurry, 15 + with children close behind. On the way, the ice cream cart will add another 5 minutes. Everything else is closer than the sea. A children's play park, an amusement park by the mountain, a water park, an anchor museum, a narrow-gauge stop from which it is fun to take a train to the sea, shops and cafes 5-10 minutes away.
