3-room apartment with 2 terraces - "House of Sea Waves"
 
Bangu st. 28A, a completely new and fully furnished 3-room apartment for rent in the newly built private neighbourhood "House of Sea Waves" ("Bangų Namai")!
The apartment is located further from the hustle and bustle of the center of Palanga, near the forest, but still very close - just 8 minutes by bike to the sea!
It is a great place for family with children, a couple, or for those who are working remotely.
 
Minimum rental period - 3 days.
  • 3 rooms: 
  •  Kitchen-living room area;
  •  Bedroom: wardrobe, double bed;
  •  Work room: transforming double sofa-bed, work table;
  •  Separate bathroom with shower cabin;
  • There are two wide terraces in the apartment! One of the terraces is specially extended, with private lighting and an exit from the kitchen-living room to the inner forest and children’s playground. Especially suitable for those with small children!
  • Household appliances in the apartment: dishwasher, hob, oven, hood, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, washing-drying machine, hair dryer, iron, wide 55" TV.
  • Bed linen, towels, ironing board, folding dryer for clothes.
  • Free parking space in a private, illuminated parking area. There is possibility to rent a second parking space for an extra fee. Entry through an automatic gate.
  • Storage room for bicycles or strollers (for an extra fee).
  • There is a children’s playground in the private area belonging to the house!
  • There is an outdoor fitness complex in the private area belonging to the house!
  • Strategically convenient location - nearby stores: Rimi, IKI, LIDL, Senukai, the new bus station, stadium.
The apartment is furnished having a practical vacation by the sea in mind! So here you will find comfortable furniture, beautiful dishes and necessary equipment. We invite everyone who appreciate a peaceful rest in Palanga to stay.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Rental prices (minimum rental period - 3 days):
  • Off-season: 09.16 - 05.15 (up to 2 people) from 60 to 100 EUR/night*
  • Season: 05.16 - 09.15 (up to 2 people) from 100 to 150 EUR/night*
    • During holiday time the price is a season price.
* For each additional person: + 10 EUR
When renting for a longer period, the price is negotiable.
For a small pet, the additional fee is negotiable.
The rental price does not include a one-time compulsory cleaning fee: +50 EUR
